Paper Submission
Guide for Authors
Authors are encouraged to submit high quality, original work that has neither appeared in, nor is under consideration by, other journals. The emphasis of the reported work will be on new and original research and technological developments covering methodologies as well as applications in the main areas of research as artificial and computational intelligence, and information sciences.
Process for Submission
1. Authors should submit their papers electronically by e-mail as a .doc or .rtf file to:

For prompt attention, all correspondence can be directed to this address.
2. For Egyptians only, authors should submit three hard copies of their manuscript in addition to CD with .doc or .rtf files.
Paper should include keyword list: from three to five. Some typical keywords examples are: machine learning, expert systems, multimedia, vision and information systems.
3. Illustration and graphs should be black and white.
4. Anonymous reviewers do the refereeing.
5. Authors should try to keep length of the paper (including figures) under 15 double-spaced pages.
6. All papers should be written in English.
Layout demand
Text should be typed in 12pt Times New Roman font on A4 sheets, single spacing, single column format, margins 1.18’’ above and 1.46’’below, 0.65’’ on the right and the left. The header and the footer must be set to 0.79’’ and 1.06’’ respectively from the edge of the page.
The first page should include on the first (top) line the paper’s title in 14pt (CAPITAL ONLY, boldface type, centered).
Line space: The author’s name(s) (12 pt, centered).
Line space: Address with phone, Fax and e-mail (10 pt, centered).
Figures and Tables
Graphs, charts, diagrams, and tables must be clearly handed, numbered and referred to the text.
Equations
Each equation should be typed on a separate line and numbered consecutively. The development of mathematical expressions should be presented in appendices, if necessary, with only the relevant equations stated in the main text.
References
References should appear in a separate bibliography at the end of the paper. References should be numbered in order of citation within the paper. They should be referred to within the text by numeral in square brackets, e.g. [12].
References should be complete, in the following style:
Style for papers: Author(s) initials followed by last name for each author, paper title, publication name, volume, inclusive page number, month and year.

Style for books: Author(s), title, publisher, location, chapter or page numbers (if desired), year.

A 20 L.E. is charged per extra page above the 12 pages limit per paper.
